Who we are

All Care (South Wales) Ltd has a long and proud history of providing high-quality care services to the community in the Vale of Glamorgan. Our journey began in 1982 when Mr Jeremy Llewellyn founded Springbank Residential Home, a 21-bed facility dedicated to offering compassionate care.

Over the years, our commitment to serving the community led to significant growth and transformation. In 1987, Springbank was expanded into a 68-bed nursing home, reflecting our dedication to meeting the increasing needs of our residents. The introduction of the Community Care Act in 1993 marked a pivotal moment for us, as we launched Springbank Community Services to extend our care beyond the nursing home.

Recognising the growing demand for domiciliary care, All Care (South Wales) was established in 1995 at 228 Holton Road, Barry. From our roots in Barry, we quickly became a trusted provider of essential care services throughout Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

A decade after establishing ourselves as a reliable provider of independent private care, we transitioned to become All Care (South Wales) Ltd. This change in 2002 not only marked our growth but also solidified our commitment to the Vale of Glamorgan community under the leadership of Mr Jeremy Llewellyn as Company Director, alongside Miss K A Llewellyn as Company Secretary and Director.

In 2010, All Care (Cardiff) and All Care (South Wales) merged, continuing to operate from our original Barry office but now serving the entirety of South Wales. This consolidation allowed us to better coordinate and deliver our services, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Our dedication to care and community was celebrated in 2013 when we marked our 20th anniversary with a special event. Staff, dignitaries, care colleagues, and service users came together to celebrate two decades of All Care (South Wales) Ltd, reflecting on our achievements and looking forward to continuing our mission of providing compassionate, high-quality care.

Today, All Care (South Wales) Ltd remains a family-run company deeply rooted in the values of respect, dignity, and excellence. We are proud to continue serving the Vale of Glamorgan, offering personalised domiciliary care that enables our clients to live independently with the support they need.
